Mechanical precision machining
for every requirement
We perform machining on components for valves from 10" to 60" and items up to 20 tons, with turning, boring, drilling and special overlays. We work with Italian and European companies, guaranteeing controlled processes and high tolerances.
01. Turning
We perform turning on parts with high-precision NC machines, processing materials such as F316, F51, Superduplex, Inconel 625 and Stellite.

02. Boring
We use both floor- and table-type CNC boring machines to machine cubes. Precision, power and control allow us to handle even the most demanding parts.

03. Overlaying and Welding
We are qualified for manual welding, and we handle complete overlaying and cladding packages, working with specialised partners to ensure reliable results with every process.
04. Marking and Packaging
We carry out internal low-stress marking according to client specifications and handle the clean packaging of each component, ready to be consigned in perfect condition.
